  • Follow Established SOP’s for discrepancies such as damaged, misplaced or part shortages
  • Deliver materials to technicians or other requests in a timely manner
  • Cross-train on alternate assignment and perform duties in other work areas in the warehouse
  • Communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
  • Operate all material handling equipment safely while adhering to all company and OSHA policies and regulations
  • Troubleshooting for hydraulic cylinders repair
  • Teardown of hydraulic cylinders
  • Repair, reassemble and testing of hydraulic cylinders
  • Mechanical background preferred
  • Identify the models to make sure the returning core is correct
  • Write up a cause of failure
  • Assist with the core wash machine when needed
  • Use the forklift to move core into the correct locations after receiving
  • Experience in the Heavy Duty Truck would be preferred
  • Sells products and /or services to repair the problem, and meet the customer’s needs
  • Record all sales and /or customer transactions that occur
  • Work with the dispatch to ensure the product is delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Follow-up with customers, as needed
  • Basic Knowledge of products: Transmission models & parts, Differential models & parts, PTO, Pumps, steering gears, 5th wheel models (be able to Identify)
  • Visit customers and document details from each visit
  • Assist in identifying, tagging, and returning of cores
  • Complete all tasks on time within the established SOP’s
  • Work closely with the team leader/department managers to resolve any task concerns that arise
  • Cross-train on alternate assignment and perform duties in other work areas as needed
  • Perform routine and assigned housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe work environment
  • Maintain and operate core wash machine
  • Ability to operate cranes, hilo’s and pallet jacks to load and unload washer
  • Removal of all plugs and gears, from shaft
  • Disassembly of cores down to individual components
  • Place parts in the basket and move to wash area
  • Use of torches and hand tools
  • Removal of gaskets, rust scale or foreign debris from cases
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities and /or production to fulfill sales goals and help to ensure the timely processing and filing of sales orders
  • Leadership skills, Time management, & Technical capacity
  • Complete invoice register
  • Mail or e-mail invoices to customers
  • Process credit applications
  • Match and finalized payables
  • Answer incoming phone for break coverage and overflow
  • Match and scan checks
  • Scans all accounts receivable documents
  • Misc. office tasks i.e. filing, faxing and make copies
  • Associate Degree in Accounting, or 5+ years on the job experience in finance
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Pricing negotiations
  • Managing inventory levels
  • Evaluating return opportunities
  • Preferred mechanic background knowledge
  • Preferred industry experience
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Manages Employee Relations, Workers Compensation, Staffing employment, and overseas payroll functions
  • Handles terminations and the new hire process
  • Handled employees Medical and Benefits
  • Works with legal counsel to identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations
  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in business or specifically Human Resources
  • Assess condition of drive shafts as they’re received
  • Troubleshoot drive shafts to determine proper diagnoses
  • Evaluate the needed amount of parts and labor to be factored
  • Assemble and dissemble units as needed
  • Work with administration on determining the proper estimate and completion time
  • 3-5 years of mechanical experience
