The Sheppard HD94 Steering Gear is a lighter weight version of heavy duty line-haul power steering gear. This gear, working with a 185 bar pump, offers superior performance in a compact package for 12,000 to 14,000 lbs front axle applications. At Valley Truck Parts, our remanufactured steering gears are built with durability and precision, giving you the highest quality product to keep your truck on the road.

Each remanufactured gear undergoes a rigorous process to guarantee top quality and performance:

  • Every steering box and pump is completely disassembled and inspected.
  • All wear parts such seals, washers, gaskets, bushings, etc. are replaced with new.
  • All parts not meeting OEM specs are replaced.
  • All boxes are tested and pressurized.
  • All cases are inspected and remanufactured to factory tolerances.
